Located on the south shore of Sixth Lake,  15 minutes north of Old Forge, just north of the village of Inlet.

Cozy Cottage is a lovely, waterfront, modern camp. Watch and listen to the loons from the spacious deck. Pull up an Adirondack chair, make some s'mores over the campfire. Lounge on the dock, dip your toes in, and take in the beautiful view of Sixth Lake and Black Bear Mountain.

Comfortable accommodations
for up to eight guests. 

The Cozy Cottage has wifi, cable, and landline phone. Spring, fall and winter renters may enjoy the wood fireplace. In addition to the exceptional features of the home, our guests are welcome to enjoy use of the canoes, gas grill and campfire pit.

Sixth Lake and Seventh Lake are connected, 

and accessible by boat.
